Islamic Republic of Kosovo was an issue till 18th February 2008 because the people of Kosovo(Albanians) wanted to have a separate nation. This was also a mission of UNO. Kosovo also has been a land for the Ottomans. It has now been independent from Serbia. It is a parliamentary republic of 30 states. Its capital and the largest city is Pristina. It is a landlocked, partially recognized republic in southeastern Europe with a population of two million people.
